The Team Changers of CQS, in collaboration with Choose Life, organized the “Be Their Match!” campaign to raise awareness and encourage voluntary bone marrow donation. With just a simple swab, every member of our team had the opportunity to become a real-life hero or heroine for hundreds of children and adults battling blood cancer.

On Thursday, June 22, more than 50 new volunteer bone marrow donors from the CQS team joined the World Marrow Donor Registry, contributing to the global fight against leukemia and other blood diseases.

The CQS headquarters in Nea Ionia were filled with balloons in the colors of the Team Changers, uplifting music, and plenty of big smiles inspired by the joy of giving. Together, our team shared a powerful message of solidarity, compassion, and hope.

During the event, participants learned more about the importance and process of bone marrow donation. Those who wished to become donors could register on the spot by providing a simple saliva sample, collected by Choose Life’s volunteers and medical staff in full compliance with health and safety protocols.

The bone marrow donation process may be simple for the donor—but it is truly life-saving for the patient who receives it.
