At CQS, our people are always at the heart of everything we do. We believe that the daily effort, dedication, and positive energy our teams bring deserve meaningful recognition. With this in mind, November was dedicated to small yet impactful initiatives designed to bring smiles, moments of relaxation, and shared experiences to all our employees.

As part of these initiatives, we held a draw for five double tickets to the theatre performance “The Caryatid!” by Giorgos Kapoutzidis, at the KAPPA Theatre, giving our colleagues the opportunity to enjoy a unique cultural experience.

In addition, on November 28, we treated all employees to pizza—creating another opportunity for relaxed moments and stronger connections across our teams.

The month concluded with one more draw, this time for a €100 gift voucher for relaxation services at My Massage, offering one of our colleagues the chance to unwind and focus on their personal wellbeing.
