As part of the institution’s annual recognition program, CQS — one of the most dynamic Greek companies in the Customer Relationship Management services sector — received the Hiring Record Award for completing 170 hires across Greece. The Public Employment Service (DYPA) held the 3rd “DYPA Business Partners Awards”, an event that honors companies with the strongest contribution to employment, talent connection, and the effective functioning of the labor market.

CQS earned the Hiring Record Award for its 170 nationwide hires — achieved without any subsidy — through participation in 38 DYPA Career Days. This distinction follows the company’s recognition as a Top Employer 2025 by WhereWeWork, ranking 1st in the BPO & Services sector and 2nd overall among the Top 50 employers.

CQS, now exceeding 1,900 employees, of whom 30% work remotely from cities across the country through the company’s innovative full-teleworking model, received the award in the presence of the Minister of Labor and Social Security, Niki Kerameus.
