Committed to the values of equality and inclusion, CQS creates a modern and inclusive work environment.
CQS has adopted a comprehensive strategy for the management and development of its human resources. By signing the Diversity Charter, it reinforces its commitment to a work environment that respects individuality and promotes equal treatment. Regardless of gender, age, race, disability, ethnicity, sexual orientation or other characteristics, CQS is committed to promoting diversity.
The signing of the Charter took place in the presence of Efi Hatziandreou, Executive Director of CQS, Stavros Milionis, founder of the Diversity Charter, and Katerina Psycha, KEAN’s Communications Officer.
Efi Hatziandreou underlines the importance of signing the Diversity Charter: “We are particularly happy that, as of today, we are a member of the European initiative to promote diversity in Greek businesses. By signing, we declare that at CQS we seek harmony, not uniformity – we stand for unity and diversity. We envision an open society that opposes all kinds of discrimination and provides equal opportunities for all. We go beyond the signature and undertake actions that promote diversity, offer equal opportunities to all employees and capitalize on the uniqueness of each individual, adopting practices that reflect our company’s philosophy.”
The Diversity Charter, an initiative of the European Commission, was established in Greece in 2019 in response to the European DIMAIN program. Its purpose is to act as a means of engagement to promote equality, equal opportunities and diversity in every work environment. In Greece, it is implemented by KEAN in collaboration with the Institute for Diversity and Inclusion – D & I.
With this signature, CQS takes action to promote diversity and equality by offering equal opportunities and capitalizing on the uniqueness of everyone.
