CQS received the Bronze award at the Internal Communication & Employee Engagement Awards 2026, in the category Best Employee Volunteer Communication Program, for its internal communication initiative that supports and strengthens the employee volunteer program Team Changers.

The Team Changers initiative was developed by CQS employees themselves, actively reflecting the company’s values in practice. Through activities that support local communities and promote environmental awareness, a strong bond is cultivated among employees, enhancing their sense of participation and contribution, enabling them to actively engage in actions with a positive social and environmental impact.
